Four Things to Remember
Regular checkups are important at all ages. It’s the best way to get the health care advice and services you may need.
- Visit your doctor once a year for a wellness visit. It should include checking your body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and a mental health checkup.
- See the dentist twice a year.
- Get an eye exam once a year.
- Get a flu shot every fall, and ask your doctor about getting the pneumonia vaccine or any other immunizations.
